I know your works, and the ἀγάπην (agapēn - love), and the διακονίαν (diakonian - service), and the πίστιν (pistin - faith), and the ὑπομονήν (hupomonēn - endurance), and your works - the last more than the first.

Ἀλλὰ ἔχω κατὰ σοῦ ὀλίγα, ὅτι ἀφεῖς τὴν γυναῖκα Ἰεζάβελ, ἡ λέγουσα ἑαυτὴν προφῆτιν, καὶ διδάσκει καὶ πλανᾷ τοὺς ἐμοὺς δούλους πορνεῦσαι καὶ φαγεῖν εἰδωλόθυτα.

BUT I have against you a few things - that you tolerate the woman Jezebel, the one calling herself a prophetess, and she teaches and deceives my servants to commit πορνείαν (porneian - sexual immorality/idolatry) and to eat things sacrificed to idols.

Καὶ ἔδωκα αὐτῇ χρόνον ἵνα μετανοήσῃ ἐκ τῆς πορνείας αὐτῆς, καὶ οὐ μετενόησεν.

And I gave her time that she should repent from her πορνείας (porneias - fornication/idolatry), and she did not repent.

Ἰδού, βάλλω αὐτὴν εἰς κλίνην, καὶ τοὺς μοιχεύοντας μετ᾽ αὐτῆς εἰς θλῖψιν μεγάλην, ἐὰν μὴ μετανοήσωσιν ἐκ τῶν ἔργων αὐτῶν.

Behold, I cast her into a bed, and the ones committing adultery with her into great θλῖψιν (thlipsin - tribulation), unless they repent from their works.

Καὶ τὰ τέκνα αὐτῆς ἀποκτενῶ ἐν θανάτῳ· καὶ γνώσονται πᾶσαι αἱ ἐκκλησίαι ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι ὁ ἐρευνῶν νεφροὺς καὶ καρδίας, καὶ δώσω ὑμῖν ἑκάστῳ κατὰ τὰ ἔργα ὑμῶν.

And her children I will kill with death; and all the assemblies shall know that I am the one searching kidneys and hearts, and I will give to each of you according to your works.
