Saint Michael International, a subsidiary of the Byzantine Order of the Holy Sepulchre, is located in West Palm Beach, FL. It is headed by Grand Prior Metropolitan Archbishop Haralambos who is a Knight Grand Cross and Grand Prelate of the Byzantine Order of the Holy Sepulchre.
